About Us

I started the Adam Beach Golf Classic with the purpose of creating a scholarship fund that helps American Indians and First Nations students pursue the performing arts. On January 5, 2007 at the Indian Canyons Golf Course in Palm Springs, CA, I hosted our inaugural event. With a turnout of over 120 golfers and over $60,000 in sponsorships our first event was a complete success. I would like to thank the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians (www.aguacaliente.org), all our sponsors and everybody that came out to show their support.

I coupled my interest in supporting Native students in the performing arts with my passion for tribal sovereignty and economic development and created the Adam Beach Golf Classic as a way to contribute to each. I have received an overwhelming response from tribal leaders wanting to bring the golf tournament to their community. So keep your game sharp as we may be coming to your course.

In regards to the scholarships, I am excited about the opportunities the Endowment will provide. Acting has been a positive experience in my life and these series of golf tournaments will support tribal enterprises, promote the game of golf and create more opportunities for others to pursue their dreams!
